Hanh Jakubaszek believes a successful project comes from a recipe of great planning; the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks; and the ability to deliver a finished product on schedule and within budget.

With over 16 years of experience, Ms. Jakubaszek came from a successful tenured position for The Louis Berger Group, a multi-disciplinary professional engineering firm.  As a Senior Project Planner, working directly under the direction of the firm’s COO, she gained tremendous experience in project planning and project management, including project financial management.  In 2008, Ms. Jakubaszek left Berger to take on a new challenge to become the Financial Controller for Quattro Construction Management, LLC.  Quattro was a start-up company with many faceted challenges from managing client services to setting up a structure to manage its operations.  As an integral part of the company’s executive staff, Ms. Jakubaszek worked to secure the financial position of the company which resulted in a gross filing of $10 million after just three years of business.  Ms. Jakubaszek also successfully managed all Quattro’s banking relationships that provided the company an uncollateralized credit line and a surety program.

Without any knowledge of the English language when migrated to this county with her family at the age of eleven, Ms. Jakubaszek graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.  Before resigning to the family lifestyle, Ms. Jakubaszek also successfully built her own house that overlooks the largest natural lake in New Jersey.  Since the experience of building has left such an impression, Ms. Jakubaszek believes in helping her clients realize their own development and construction goals.

By combining her financial management, project controls and entrepreneurship, Ms. Jakubaszek founded MJ Management Group to help her clients build their projects by staying focused on the pertinent tasks at hand.
